Logo Design & Branding

NW Lawn Care & Landscaping, a new company in University Place, WA, needed a logo, branding services, and website design/build for their quickly growing company. Mike Crouch (owner), requested certain elements to be included:

  1. Color Palette: Rich greens and black to denote the Northwest and vibrancy. Bright green really pops against black. We used bright orange as the accent color because it is associated with construction and building.
  2. Logo Construction: We emphasized the Northwest by using chunky, bold lettering for “NW” and adding an evergreen tree.
  3. Camouflage Pattern: Since Mike is a veteran (thank you for your service), he wanted to incorporate it into his marketing.

  • Employee Apparel had a two pronged approach: a) promote the company, as well as b) have a uniform look for all employees

When Bushnell Design Studio creates a website, sometimes the client provides us with the content, leaving us to take care of the web design and development. Other times, the client provides us with no content. In those cases, BDS will also create all the information for the website, including writing all the copy (text).

For this project, BDS did both the build and the content creation.
