The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) hired us to create a set of videos of customer satisfaction for their Northwest Ductless Heat Pump Project. The videos were for use on their website and social media. It entailed working with customers in their homes in Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA and Tacoma, WA. This project required tremendous project management skills to coordinate the schedules and logistics of many different individuals. This project also entailed following NEEA’s brand guidelines and specific needs to ensure their objectives were met.
